I have played golf since I was a young child. My dad introduced me to the game. I fell in love instantly. After spending two years at the University of Arkansas, I decided to make teaching golf my full-time career and graduated from the Professional Golfers Career College in California. The connections I made there took me to Maui, Hawaii where I served on the tournament committee for the PGA Tour's Tournament of Champions. I have also had the pleasure of serving as Head Professional at Apple Valley CC in California as well as a junior instructor at the Rick McCord Golf Academy in Orlando. I want to give juniors the opportunities that these cities have with junior golf. Better Golf Academy officially opened in Middle Tennessee in 2013.
